Return Cost

The cost of the return will be deducted from your refunded amount unless the item is damaged or faulty. Delivery charges are non refundable.

14 Days to Return

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you will have 14 days from your order date to return your item. Any items returned after this date are, sadly, non refundable. All returned or exchanged items must be in new and unused condition, and returned in the original packaging to ensure the item(s) is protected and arrives in good condition. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.

Returns and Exchanges

Please email mollyeynonprint@gmail.com for any returns or exchanges with your name and reason. If the item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once the items have been returned and examined, we will organise a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned within 7 days. For all other exchanges, customers will be charged for the postage and packaging of the new item.

When you buy something on this website, we collect personal information from you to fulfill the order. Each print and ceramic is carefully packaged in eco-friendly packaging and shipped within 5 business days. Please note: all prints are made to order and therefore require an additional 5 days of preparation time.

For international orders, please allow up to 28 days to receive your order. Please be aware, charges may incur in some countries due to import tax.
